When enquiring or booking please could you give us details of who would be coming and also some idea of your intentions so that we can be certain that Leob Croft would suit you. Please will you also let us know if you would like to bring your dog.
Booking Fees;
Tractor House is £270 per week during the winter season*/£70 per night for shorter stays; £330 per week during the mid season; £370 per week in high season/£80 per night for shorter stays during mid and high season.
Jam House is now also available during the winter season - please ask for details; £410 per week during the winter season*; £420 during mid season; £470 in high season/£95 per night for shorter stays.
Croft House is £450 per week during the winter season*; £460 during mid season; £495 in high season/£100 per night for shorter stays - minimum 3 nights.
Low/winter season (November to March)/Mid season (April, May, September, October); High season (June, July, August)
*23rd December-6th January counts as High season.
NB Regrettably we are unable to offer short breaks during July and August. Short breaks are a minimum of 3 nights.
Weekly bookings for Tractor House and Jam House begin on Saturday. Weekly bookings for Croft House begin on Friday.
During the low and mid season there may be flexibility on these days depending on how busy we are so please enquire.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Time of arrival after 4pm. Time of departure by 10.00.
Conditions
1. Payment will be required in Sterling, ideally via bank transfer
2. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
3. The balance of the rental must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
4. In the event of a cancellation after the balance has been paid, the balance will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the weeks booked.
5. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
